2025 Spring Registration

Welcome to Campbell Little League’s online registration for the 2025 season!

We will offer all the same divisions as last season, including Majors (11 - 12 yrs), Minors (9 - 10 yrs), Farm (7 - 8 yrs), Rookie (5 - 6 yrs) , T-Ball (3 - 4 yrs), as well as Intermediate (13 yrs) and Juniors (14 yrs).

Please read ALL instructions below before proceeding with your player’s online registration. Some features this year may have changed.

Key Dates for Spring 2025:

August 3 - December 6: Early bird registration ($25-$50 off regular registration fees)
December 7 - January 6: Standard registration
January 7 - January 18: Late registration (up to $50 additional registration fee
January 19: Registration closed, waitlist option
January 26: First option for player evaluations (all league age 7-14 players must attend one)
February 1: Second option for player evaluations (all league age 7-14 players must attend one)
February Month: Teams will be formed, and families will be contacted about team assignments and practice schedule
March 8: Opening Day Ceremonies and first regular season games
May 31: Closing Ceremonies

Eligibility :

New this year - there is NO GEOGRAPHIC BOUNDARY LIMITATION for players in Farm, Rookie, at Tee Ball.

In other words, any child who is League Age 7 and under may play at Campbell Little League no matter where they live.

Children who are League Age 8 and over must ensure their home or school address is within Campbell Little League Boundaries to register. There are two ways to verify your eligibility -

School waiver: if your school is within CLL boundaries, simply submit a waiver from your school, and you will not be required to upload residency documents. THIS METHOD IS PREFERRED.
Home address: if your school is not in CLL boundaries but your home address is, you may upload documents verifying your address. The documents MUST be dated between February 2024 and February 2025.

You will not be required to upload residency documents to complete registration, but you will not be placed on a team until this has been completed.

CLL is pleased to offer sibling discounts of $25 off registration for the 2nd+ sibling

CLL is also pleased to offer scholarships for registration fees, equipment, and volunteer hours for those who demonstrate financial hardship.

Player Evaluations:

All players league age 7 and older (Farm, Minors, and Majors) MUST attend evaluations. This is a National Little League requirement. It allows managers to make sure that all players have a safe experience and that the talent on the teams is evenly distributed when teams are drafted.

Players are not guaranteed to play in the division where they register. Players may move up or down a division based on the number of players registered, the number of teams formed, and the team selection results. Junior and Intermediate players are subject to the same requirements depending on the number of players that register.

In order to ensure even distribution of talent on teams, friend requests are not possible in Farm, Minors, Majors, Intermediate, or Juniors.

Volunteer Requirements:

Each family is required to contribute 10 volunteer hours AND 1-2 snack shack shifts per player.
Two separate checks will be collected at player evaluation day in January.

$500 to cover the 10 hour volunteer requirement for your family
A check to cover the number of snack shack shifts per player in your family.

These checks WILL NOT BE CASHED unless your family does not fulfill its volunteer hours by June 30, 2025.
Player evaluation day is mandatory. If your player does not attend, it is your responsibility to deliver the checks to a CLL board member by February 1.

A $500 buyout option is available during registration which ONLY fulfills the volunteer hours requirement. You must still fulfill your snack shack obligations.
