2026 Spring Registration

Welcome to Campbell Little League’s online registration for the 2026 spring season!
This will be the 50th anniversary of Campbell's 1976 LLWS team!

Key Dates for Spring 2026 Registration:

  • September 15 - December 1: Early bird registration ($25-$50 off registration fees)
  • December 2 - January 5: Standard registration
  • January 6 - January 17: Waitlist registration (up to $50 late fee)
  • January 18: Registration closed
  • January 11 and January 17: Player evaluation days (required for league age 7-14)
  • January 31: Teams and scheduled finalized
  • February 2: Practices begin
  • March 7: Opening Day

Please notes that dates are estimated and subject to change for player evaluations, finalizing the teams, and practices.

**You will not be required to upload residency documents to complete registration, but you will not be placed on a team until this has been completed.**

Please read ALL instructions below before proceeding with your player’s online registration. Some features this year may have changed. 

Regulation II Eligibility:

Beginning in 2025, Little League International removed geographic boundary limitations for players who are League Age 7 and under (players born born on or after September 1, 2017). That means players league age 7 or under may register with Campbell Little League regardless of home address, school location, or waiver status, and maintain future All-Star eligibility.

To maintain eligibility, they must remain with Campbell Little Leaguer in subsequent seasons. Players who started at Campbell Little League in 2025 as League age 7 or younger remain eligible provided they remain here. Find more information about Regulation II here. Siblings of Regulation II players remain eligible for as long as the younger (Reg II) sibling remains in the League.

Players who do not qualify under Regulation II must ensure their home or school address is within Campbell Little League Boundaries to be eligible. There are two ways to verify your eligibility -
  • School Enrollment: if your school is within CLL boundaries, simply submit a School Enrollment Form signed by your player’s school, and you will not be required to upload residency documents. This form is required only once in a player’s career unless school enrollment changes. THIS METHOD IS PREFERRED.
  • Home address: if your school is not in CLL boundaries but your home address is, you may upload documents verifying your address. These documents MUST be dated between February 1, 2025 and February 1, 2026.
  • Previous seasons’ All-Stars have already had their eligibility verified and do not need to provide new documents unless residency or school enrollment changes.

Sibling discounts of $25 off registration are available for the 2nd+ sibling

CLL is pleased to offer scholarships for registration fees, equipment, and volunteer hours for those who demonstrate financial hardship. Please email [email protected] to request a simple scholarship application.

Player Evaluations:

All players league age 7 and older (Farm, Minors, and Majors) MUST attend evaluations. This is a Little League International requirement. Evaluations allow managers and coaches to ensure that all players have a safe experience and that the talent on the teams is evenly distributed. Players are not guaranteed to play in the division where they register. Players may move up or down a division based on the number of players registered, the number of teams formed, roster size limitations, and the draft results. 

Intermediate and Juniors Division players will be evaluated and drafted if there are enough registered players to form multiple teams.

In order to ensure even distribution of talent on teams, friend requests in the Farm, Minors, Majors, Intermediate, or Juniors divisions will not be accepted.

Spring 2026 Volunteer Requirements:

Each family must complete 10 volunteer hours during the season and post-season, PLUS TWO snack shack shift per player

You must submit two checks when your child comes to evaluation day: $500 for the family volunteer requirement, and $150 per snack shack shift (i.e. if you have two children, you will submit a check for $300). Your child will not be permitted to try out until you have turned in the checks.  

If you fulfill your volunteer requirements, your checks will never be cashed. However, if you do not complete your volunteer hours, you will be charged $50 per volunteer hour you do not complete, and $150 per snack shack shift that you do not fulfill. Note that if you show up 15 minutes late or leave 15 minutes early from your shift, it will not count and your check will be cashed.  

There is an option to buyout your volunteer requirements at the beginning of the season if you anticipate you will not be able to complete the requirements. The buyout option is $500 for the ten volunteer hours and $100 per snack shack shift. This will allow us to hire a teen to fulfill your shift.  

However, we hope you consider volunteering rather than buying out. Your participation demonstrates your commitment to the players and the Campbell community. Our league is operated entirely by volunteers, and the hours you contribute add direct value to the players' little league experience. 

You must bring two checks to evaluation day and turn them when you check in. Your player will not be allowed to try out if we do not have your checks.  

If you know you will be unable to fulfill your volunteer obligations, there is a buyout option of $500 for the volunteer hours and $100 per snack shack shift. If you are going to buyout, you must do so before the season starts.
