Spring Season Registration Still Open
Spring 2026 registration is open through January 5. Families with items in their cart are encouraged to complete checkout so we can finalize plans for evaluation day. If you know a family who is curious about joining Campbell Little League this season, this is a great time to spread the word.
Opening Day Ceremonies is March 7, 2026 (9 am to 10 am).
CLL Information Night
Thursday, January 8- 7:00 to 8:00 pm (GoogleMeet: https://meet.google.com/orj-pfow-pmc )
Please save the date for our Campbell Little League Information Night. This session is helpful for both new and returning families and will cover what the season will look like, how evaluations work, how teams are formed, volunteer expectations, and important league communication tools. Field Clean Up Day
Saturday, January 10- 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
With player evaluations and the start of the season right around the corner, we need help getting our fields ready. Volunteers will assist with a range of tasks including raking, weeding, pressure washing bleachers, organizing the equipment room, cleaning batting cages, and general field clean up. No experience is required and we will assign tasks based on comfort level.
This is also a great way to knock out volunteer hours early in the season. Family members, neighbors, and friends are welcome to join. Please remember we are all volunteers and need all the help we can get!

Player Evaluations for 7U and Above
Sunday, January 11 OR Saturday, January 17 (players only need to attend one of the two days)
Player evaluations help us create balanced teams and ensure a positive experience for all players. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes early for check in.
Fingerprinting
Sunday, January 11 (9 to 11 am)- CLL Board Room
Anyone NEW to volunteering as a manager, coach, or in any role working directly with players is required to complete fingerprinting through Campbell Little League.
If you have previously been fingerprinted at CLL, you do not need to complete fingerprinting again. Fingerprinting completed through another sports organization or a government agency does not carry over and must be redone through CLL.
Fingerprinting will take place in the CLL board room. Volunteers may not work with players until fingerprinting is completed. Campbell Little League covers the cost. The fingerprinting form is attached. Please complete the form and bring it with you. If you cannot make it on this day, you will need to go to the Verify Group directly.
Rookie and T Ball Skills Clinic
Saturday, January 17- Morning time (exact time TBD)
This clinic is designed for our Rookie and T Ball players to learn basic baseball skills in a low pressure, fun environment. It is a great way for younger players to get comfortable on the field before practices begin. Players and parents are encouraged to attend together.
Volunteer and Snack Shack Deposit Checks
To help the season run smoothly, all families are required to submit volunteer and snack shack deposit checks.
For 7U and above players: checks must be brought to player evaluations on January 11 or January 17. Players will not be able to participate in evaluations without the required checks.
Required checks:
- Volunteer deposit check for $500 per family
- Snack shack deposit check for $150 per player
- Checks should be made out to Campbell Little League.
These checks are never cashed unless volunteer hours or snack shack shifts are not fulfilled during the season.
For Rookie and T Ball families: Please bring volunteer and snack shack checks to the Rookie and T Ball Skills Clinic on January 17.
Gear Donation and Free Gear Pickup
January 11 and January 17 during evaluations
If your child has gently used baseball gear that no longer fits, please bring it to player evaluations on either January 11 or January 17. All donated gear will be sorted and made available to families at our league pizza party on February 7.
You do not need to donate gear in order to take gear. This is simply a way to help families find gear they need and give baseball equipment a second life.
Save the Date: League Pizza Party and Buddy Teams
Saturday, February 7- 3:00 to 5:00 pm (CLL)
Please save the date for our league wide pizza party. Families will meet their teams and buddy teams, connect with coaches, and spend time together before games begin. Pizza will be provided by the league and we will have wiffle ball and open play for the kids.
WhatsApp Communities Now Open
This season we are piloting optional WhatsApp communities as an additional way for families to stay connected. These groups are meant for general updates, reminders, and community building and are not a replacement for official league emails.
Joining is completely optional, but it can be a great way to stay in the loop and connect with other CLL families.
