Hi Volunteers!
First and foremost, thank you for signing up to be a volunteer! It is because of volunteers like you that CLL continues to thrive. Your passion for the game and willingness to contribute your time and skills make a significant impact on the experience of the players involved. CLL runs on volunteers and without you there would be no season!

Here you will find the guidelines for volunteers who will be spending significant time with the players. These requirements were built off the standards described by LittleLeague.org, and local and state requirements. These need to be completed each year. This affects managers, assistant coaches, practice coaches, team parents, and volunteer umpires. The CLL Board will also be fulfilling these requirements.
At a high-level, these are the 3 things that are needed from the aforementioned group of volunteers:

1. Background check - you will receive an email shortly containing a link to a form submitting for a background check. Please complete this form.

2. Fingerprinting - you may go to any LiveScan vendor to complete fingerprinting. The process takes about 5 minutes. Bring a form of ID, there will be no cost to you for fingerprinting. There are two options for fingerprinting. 

(1) CLL will have a LiveScan vendor onsite on the first day of evaluations January 26th from 9:00 to 1:00pm.

(2) If you're unable to attend the onsite event, there is a LiveScan office conveniently located across the street from CLL. Walk in, mention CLL and they will take care of the rest, no payment required.

3. Online certification - we require the completion of 3 online classes (<30 minutes each). Once complete, you can download a PDF with your certificate which you can email to safetyofficer@campbellbaseball.org. These certificates are required annually, so even if you completed them last season, they will need to be redone this season. Details of the courses are in the attached document.
Please complete these by February 7th. Those who have not completed the requirements will not receive a badge, and not be allowed on the field with the players.
